Information on the event
In this full online live session of MAP OUT YOUR EMOTIONS® Ali Bagley, Master Geographer of Emotions, will take you on an interactive 2-hour journey through the magical world of emotional mapping.
Here is what you get:
1. We will begin by looking at the little-known, but very fascinating, field of emotional cartography. Ali will tell you how the idea of drawing the map of THE RIVER OF LIFE was born and how, precisely that map, dated back 2015, was the basis on which the entire Geography-of-Emotions-based project was built, culminating in 2019 with the foundation of EMME.
3. Once you have been told by Ali about the rules of the River Game MAP OUT YOUR EMOTIONS, you will dive into drawing your own map of YOUR River of Life.
4. In the second part of the workshop, you will tell the story of your map (if you want to) and you will realize how talking about your emotions, through the telling of a story, is much simpler, more authentic and natural than talking about them directly.
5. Ali will then provide you with useful interpretative tools of your emotional map, ranging from geographical symbolism to archetypal psychology, from the conception of time, to the cultural meanings of places.
6. The workshop will end with the definition of some emotional anchoring tools, to be integrated with the imaginary places of your map, to help you better recognize your emotions, your vocations, your needs, your dreams!
